Company Profile

The company has been founded as a limited liability corporation on July 1, 2011. The registered office is in Graz/Austria. Andreas Oberdorfer, Christopher Dissauer and Wolfgang Moser are the founders of the company and shareholders in equal parts.

The objective of the company is software development in general. The main focus is on the development of a cross platform multimedia framework optimized for mobile devices like smartphones and media tablets.

The multimedia framework is the basis for the three divisions of the company:

I. Proprietary development

• Development of games and apps and distribution via Online Stores like Apple App Store, Android Market or Steam; often in cooperation with other companies.

II. Contract development and Consulting

• Software development for customers and consulting services.

III. Licensing

• Licensing software intellectual property to external developer studios.

Spraylight has been supported by the academic Incubation Centre Science Park Graz.
